Let OpenClaw help run your business website

Learn what the included OpenClaw website, domain, mailbox, booking features, Stripe connection, and visitor chat can do for your business.

A useful business website answers questions and helps someone take the next step. The OpenClaw offer includes a managed website with a role beyond displaying a brochure: bookings, a calendar connection, payment features, and a way for visitors to reach the worker.

You can ask the worker to update the words, add a page, or publish an approved change. The most useful starting point is a small, accurate site with working contact details and one clear customer journey.

In this guide

  1. Start with the site and contact details
  2. Connect the customer’s next step
  3. Make updates specific and reviewable
  4. An example instruction to adapt ↓

Start with the site and contact details

During setup you choose the domain, mailbox, and phone details you want. The website can use a your-business.fusenv.com address or a custom domain. Check setup progress from your account; domain registration and connected services may have their own completion steps.

Give the worker the business name, services, service area, opening hours, and approved copy or images. An instruction to ‘make a plumbing website’ cannot supply facts about your particular plumbing business.

Connect the customer’s next step

The website offer includes self-booking, a Google Calendar connection, and payment and invoice features using your own Stripe account. Decide what visitors should be able to book and what, if anything, they should pay for online.

Your customer-payment account is separate from the Stripe checkout where you buy the OpenClaw subscription. Connect the appropriate business account and inspect a complete test journey before directing customers to it.

Make updates specific and reviewable

Ask for the exact change and where it belongs: update holiday hours on the contact page, add an approved service description, or replace a retired phone number. Request the page link after the change so you can verify the published result.

The included Chat Now feature gives visitors a way to reach the worker. Give it the same current information as the website, and decide which inquiries should come back to you. That keeps the public page and the conversation from making different promises.

An instruction you can adapt

Publish a useful website update

“Update the contact page with these approved holiday hours. Keep our regular hours visible underneath. Check that the phone and booking links still work, then send me the published page link and a summary of what changed.”

What to look for in the result

  • The approved hours on the intended page.
  • Working paths to call or book.
  • A published URL and a short change summary.

Try it with your business: Have the worker make one small update, then follow the site’s booking or contact link yourself. Judge the complete customer journey.
